Kris Moe is a M&A business advisor and intermediary for the sale, purchase and merger of small and medium sized businesses (revenues $5 million to $50 million)

Before jumping into the corporate world Kris played professional golf in over 30 countries from 1984-1989 that included a top 25 finish at the 1985 British Open.

Kris then joined his father’s chemical business serving the semiconductor industry, EKC Technology and then a semi-conductor equipment business in Silicon Valley where he was the VP of sales.

He still plays golf while being a father of two mid 20’s sons. He also is on the advisory board for a software business in Palo Alto.
